ARUSHI KUMARI 151 A 33 year old female came to OPD with chief complain of  - Lowe back pain - burning micturition since 5 months  - 2 episodes of blood in urine  - excessive hunger and thirst  - tingling and burning sensation in UL and LL ( more in UL ) HOPI - Patient was apparently asymptomatic 1 and half year back when she started experiencing increased frequency of micturition with burning sensation .
